Returns & Refunds

• You have 14 days from delivery to return your order.

• Items must be unused and in original packaging.

• Personalized or custom items cannot be returned unless defective.

• Contact us via email or phone to start a return.

• Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your return, using your original payment method.

Shipping

• Orders ship within 2 business days and usually arrive within 3–7 days.

• You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is shipped.

• Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend using tracked and insured shipping.
